Markito India provides pre-built and customizable website templates, business software, and related digital services across multiple industries, as listed on our Products page. Specifications, features, and delivery timelines for each product are described on the relevant product page.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST is calculated and added at checkout. Placing an order through this website constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Delivery timelines listed against each product (e.g. "7-14 Days") are estimates based on standard scope and timely receipt of inputs (content, branding assets, approvals) from the customer. Delays in providing required inputs may extend delivery timelines proportionately.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each product includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your order confirmation. Additional revisions or scope beyond the original specification may be billed separately.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final, customized deliverable transfers to you. Markito India retains the right to reuse general-purpose code, frameworks, and design patterns (not specific to your branding or content) in other projects.
Orders are typically processed against an upfront deposit, with the balance due upon delivery, unless a different schedule is agreed in writing. Work may be paused if payment milestones are not met.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Markito India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Some products may integrate with third-party services (e.g. payment gateways, hosting providers, SMS/email APIs). Use of such services is subject to the respective third party's terms, and Markito India is not responsible for their performance or availability.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
